Beginner group
Two hours, six people, one coach. £45 including all the kit.
The one almost everybody starts with. Twenty minutes on the sand on where to lie and when to stand, then an hour and a half in the white water with a coach in the sea with you, not on the beach shouting.
Most people stand up in the first session. Nearly everybody stands up in the second. If you do not, come back and we will not charge you again.
