Six covers stripped, re-plated and re-coated in an eleven-day dry-dock window.

Six hatch covers came off a bulk carrier on a Monday and had to be back on by the second Friday. Corrosion was worse than survey suggested on two of them.

We ran two shifts, re-plated 40% more area than quoted, and absorbed the difference rather than lose the window. The covers went back on the Thursday.
