Profiling
Fibre laser, high-definition plasma and oxy-fuel. Nesting done in house from DXF, DWG or STEP.

Forming
640 t hydraulic press brake at 4 m, three-roll plate rolls to 20 mm, and section rolling for angle, channel and RHS.

Welding
Coded MIG, TIG and submerged arc, to procedures qualified under ISO 15614 and audited twice a year.

Machining
6 m bed mill, horizontal borer and a 1.2 m swing lathe for post-weld work.

Blast and paint
SA2.5 shot blast, airless spray and a heated cure bay taking 18 m by 40 t.

Inspection
Two CSWIP 3.1 inspectors, UT and MPI in house, and full documentation packs on release.
