Sending something in
By post
Clean and dry, in any box, with a note saying what is wrong and a phone number. We will ring with a price before we start.
How long?
Two weeks from October to March, four from April to September, which is the opposite of what people expect. Summer is when everyone remembers.
When do I pay?
When it is done, and only if you are happy with it. We have sent things back unmended and uncharged when we could not do it properly.
