Eighteen people, one room

We started in 2008 doing loft conversions and never grew out of caring about them. The practice now covers new build, workplace and conservation, and the way it works has not changed: we draw it ourselves and we go and look.

Fixed fee per stage, agreed before the stage starts. If the scope changes you see the revised figure before the work happens.
