The Douro is one of the oldest wine regions in the world, and most of it is still walked on the stone tracks the grape pickers built. You follow them from village to village, high above the river, and sleep in family quintas between the vines.
How hard is it
Moderate. Four to six hours of walking a day, with some long climbs on the terraces.
Included
Every night's room, breakfast and dinner
Your bags moved each morning
A Passo guide, or maps and an app for the self-guided dates
