Frequently asked questions

How long do I have to cancel?

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. For services, it's 14 days from when the contract was concluded.

What if the 14 days have already passed?

You can still send the request — we'll review it. After the legal window some orders may no longer qualify, but we'll always look at your situation and get back to you.

Do I need to give a reason?

No. The right of withdrawal lets you cancel without giving any reason. The optional box is only there if you'd like to help us improve.

How do I return the items, and who pays?

Once your request is recorded, we'll contact you with return instructions. Unless we say otherwise, the cost of returning the goods may be yours to cover.

When do I get my refund?

After we receive the items back (or proof that you've sent them), we refund you within the legal period, using the same payment method you used to order.

Are there items that can't be cancelled?

Yes — by law, things like personalised or made-to-order goods, perishables, and digital content already supplied are usually excluded. We'll tell you if your order is affected.
